01 — Commodities
Four materials. Quantity, specification, and inspection are agreed in direct discussion.
Crushed and block stone for building and civil work. Buyers use it as concrete aggregate, as base and sub-base under roads, for drainage and fill, and as building stone where a solid local material is specified. Sizing and availability are confirmed on enquiry.
Manganese ore for steelmaking and other industrial use. In the furnace it strengthens steel and helps remove oxygen, and it is the feedstock for ferromanganese and silicomanganese. Some grades also go to chemical plants and battery makers. Grade, quantity, and inspection are confirmed directly.
Iron ore for mills and traders who want a Nigerian source. It feeds blast furnaces and direct-reduction plants, and the yards that supply them with lump or fines. Availability and inspection are discussed before any commitment.
Rough and traded stones for cutters, dealers, and jewellery houses. Buyers take them for cutting, for jewellery manufacture, and for the trade in unset stones. Colour, size, and form are confirmed on inspection.
